This coming monday (29/6) the pre-orders will open up. You can already view the different packages available at http://www.mortalonline.com/gamestore, but it seems the site is down at the moment. They are also auctioning out the first copy of the CE with a lifetime subscription on ebay. It's already reached over $2000.
